The project involved the renovation of a building which had an apartment on the first floor and rooms for craft use on the ground floor. Two residential units have been created, one on each floor. The necessary energy saving strategies are foreseen to enjoy the 110% bonus and to eliminate architectural barriers.
With minimal demolition interventions and internal distribution changes, two new units have been defined which allow a linear project to emerge where the quality of the spaces and the liveability of the environments have been favoured.
